My 2025 Group Program:

This year we had 85 members, and for most of the year the group has been maxed out.
For next year's program I'm going to reduce the total to only 42 members. (Compare this with other business support groups that often have 100 members or more.)
My aim is to improve how we track every member's progress, so I can better support their success ✨
