Everything is distraction.
Except your focused attention on the problems that you are uniquely positioned to solve.
(And the foundations of a good life, e.g. faith, health, quality time with loved ones.)
List out the problems you can solve better than most people.... And why those problems are worth solving. If you can't obviously justify it, might be a distraction.
List out the distractions.... And for each: what would be better to do instead.
Also write out how you would like to go about solving problems eg with calm, love, joy.
