George, this piece really landed for me. I’ve been caught in the 'time tax' of obsessing over the perfect imagery for my posts, which has been a major source of burnout. Your reminder to 'document, not create' is such a relief—it’s a permission slip to stop trying to curate a perfect aesthetic and instead just share the reality of what’s in front of me.

That said, I’m curious about your process: How do you personally manage your imagery? Do you have specific boundaries or 'rules of thumb' that keep you from getting lost in that perfectionism trap?

I’ve also realized I spend so much of my energy trying to educate and explain the benefits of what I offer, which often feels like I’m constantly trying to 'convince' people of my value. I'm wondering where you find the balance between educating your audience and just sharing your personal journey? Does one tend to lead to a more authentic connection than the other for you?

Thank you for this shift—it feels much more aligned.

Thank you George. always super helpful reframe to stay close to our energy signature and keep sharing with the mindset of service. I like the idea of documenting our journey however recently moving through the fire of menopause, I felt like everything in my life and business has been re-orientating. I have been thinking of starting a fresh new IG account. Any thoughts on that?
