I'm entering phase 3, and I feel a bit stuck. As you say, I'm tired of phase 2, and I've been feeling for a few months now that what used to work no longer does. I had to cancel one of my last launches because there weren’t enough people. And for another one I’m planning in November, I feel like I’m heading in the same direction. At the same time, it doesn’t really stress me out. I feel like, for some reason, I’m meant to be in this situation. I’m letting myself be carried by it, keeping my mind attentive to know where I need to go now.
I feel you! Definitely have been there. Love that you are finding a way to have peace with the transition and being attentive to what the market is signaling to you 🙏🏼
Thanks , I am bits of stage 1 and stage 2 and with a recent diagnosis of ADHD at 56 I see where I have been struggling and stuck for years and how easily I got sucked into paying for coaches who didn’t understand me. I’m clear about what I want to do and really just want a simple automated system for my services as an ADHD coach. I want to offer very low cost coaching because it is so expensive for ordinary people like me to access. I know it will be popular I just want to get it up and running. I’ve wasted a year already on bad advice! Any advice gratefully received . Thanks George 🙏
I should mention that this journey can be of a spiral nature, so some of us may return to Stage 1 (as I am considering doing in some ways next year) to explore again before growing what works.

You’ve put into words what I’ve been feeling about stage 1. Thanks for sharing.
I’m glad it resonates! I wish someone had written this for me … at every stage of the journey.
Really insightful🔥
Thanks Paolo, and for sharing too 🙏🏼😊
