I've been thinking of the old adage "Feel the fear and do it anyway." (Like your "Press record and then get therapy.") But "Rebel against the fear of rejection, against the anxiety, against the impulse to rebel" and "Bring playfulness to what seems hard to integrate the child and the adult" are SO brilliant and useful. I am so ready for this message today. And I love watching those insights arise in you as you get more into the flow - and the fun - of what you're doing. (Just like I experience when I'm in the flow of my own work.)
