I read a good comment today, which said - β we are more likely to fail if we care too much about the success or failure of a venture β It reminded me if how our self esteem needs to be solid and not predicated on what we do.
Yes! And, we grow authentic self esteem by caring about the process: making plans, showing up for the plans, and accomplishing our plans (working lightly) without attachment to the results...
When we grasp something too tightly, we donβt give our work or our creativity space to breathe.
