I like this idea! Are Hat Manuals any different from documenting SOPs for the business? It seems like they are more internal or personal processes designed to aid the creator/business owner in day-to-day tasks. Is that right?
Great question! SOPs are generally for teams, tend to be updated less often and more formal. Hat manuals tend to be for solopreneurs themselves, and (ironically!) less "manual" like than SOPs. And the language of "hat manual" is a bit more playful. Whatever it takes to get a soulpreneur to document and follow processes that work :)
